Banca Romaneasca To Become Majority Shareholder Of NBG Leasing

Banca Romaneasca will take over 93.57% of the stock of NBG Leasing, replacing National Bank of Greece as majority stakeholder, following a successive reduction and increase of capital to 15.56 million lei (EUR3.43 million).
