Bucharest Apartment Sale Price Falls Up To 20% YY In Jan
The average sale price of apartments in Romania’s capital city Bucharest dropped by 12% to 20% in January compared with the same period of 2010, with the highest fall recorded for 4-room flats, according to a survey of AnunturiParticulari.ro real estate website.

The average price of 4-room apartments in Bucharest dropped 20% on the year in January, at around EUR99,000, showed the survey released Tuesday.
In January, the average price of a one-room apartment stood at EUR37,411, down 3% on the month and 12% lower compared with January 2010.
For 2-room flats, the average sale price was at EUR60,000 in January, flat on the month, but down 3% from the January 2010.
A 3-room apartment in Bucharest was put up for sale at around EUR82,000 in January, down 2% from December, and 15% lower from January last year.
According to AnunturiParticulari.ro, the number of sale offers for apartments in Bucharest slightly grew in January to 1,797, compared with 1,660 offers in the same month a year earlier.
Anunturiparticulari.ro was launched in 2001 by Agentie.NET, and monitors all real estate announcements published by individuals in newspapers and on the internet.
