Chinese Investors Vow To Bid For Romanian Projects
Chinese investors have assured the Romanian Government they will bid for major investment projects in Romania and will offer low prices for works and also inquired about state aid options.

Prime Minister Emil Boc, who is in China for a one-week working visit, said Saturday he assured Chinese investors all public works auctions will observe EU laws and Chinese companies will not be discriminated against.
Romania is looking to China for investors in several projects, including the construction of two nuclear reactors, new coal facilities for thermal power producer Termoelectrica, and a new subway line.
The Romanian Government's delegation to China consists of the prime minister and Economy Minister Ion Ariton, Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi, and Transport Minister Anca Boagiu.
The Romanian delegation also includes representatives of domestic businesses -Murfatlar, Vin Export Focsani, Crama Vanju Mare, Avi Compact, Getico Telecom, Vila Euro SRL, Rich Sport Romania, Lamar Organization, Uniqua Asigurari, Lacerta Winery, MacroLight, Devco Green, Oilfest Company, Ghildus Design System, Mobilis, Faur, Meximpex, Marsat, Mibatron, Royal Consulting, Rig Service, Tetas Rom, Comoti, Incas, Rominex Industrial, Das, Taparo, Teaha Management Consulting - as well as of the National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenics and Isotopic Technologies and the Academy of Economic Sciences.
