Coronavirus in Romania: 3.525 new cases and 66 deaths
3.525 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Romania in the last 24 hours and 66 Romanians have died, according to the report of the Strategic Communications Group (GCS) on Thursday. In intensive care units there are 1.101 patients.

To date, on 14 January, in Romania, 684.917 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed.
614.545 patients have been declared cured.
Following the tests performed at national level, compared to the last report, 3.525 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) have been reported, these being cases that had not previously had a positive test.
Apart from the newly confirmed cases, following the retesting of patients who were already positive, 927 people were reconfirmed as positive.
To date, 17.035 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
Between 13.01.2021 and 14.01.2021, 66 deaths were reported (44 men and 22 women), of some patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Arad, Argeş, Bacău, Bihor, Botoşani, Brăila, Braşov, Buzău, Constanţa, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Gorj, Hunedoara, Ialomiţa, Iaşi, Maramureş, Olt, Prahova, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Timiş, Tulcea, Vaslui, Vrancea, Ilfov and Bucharest.
