Coronavirus in Romania: More than 3.000 new cases and 175 deaths
More than 3.000 people have found out they are COVID-19-infected in the last 24 hours and 175 have died infected with SARS-CoV-2.

To date, on 21 April, in Romania, 1.037.009 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.
954.868 patients have been declared cured.
Following the tests performed at national level, compared to the last report, 3.006 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) have been registered, these being cases that had not previously had a positive test.
Aside from the newly confirmed cases, following the retesting of patients who were already positive, 533 people have been reconfirmed as positive.
To date, 26.793 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
Between 20.04.2021 and 21.04.2021, 175 deaths have been reported (86 men and 89 women), of some patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Arad, Argeş, Bacău, Bihor, Bistriţa-Năsăud, Brăila, Botoşani, Braşov, Buzău, Caraş-Severin, Cluj, Constanţa, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomiţa, Iaşi, Maramureş, Mehedinţi, Mureş, Olt, Prahova, Sălaj, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiş, Vaslui, Vâlcea, Vrancea and Bucharest.
