CTP Gets EUR75.8M Financing From EBRD And BCR For Two New Warehouses
CTP Romania, one of the biggest developers of logistics and industrial space on the local market, will get EUR75.8 million financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) to expand logistics park CTPark Bucharest West by two new warehouses

Of the total loan, EUR36.7 million is covered by the EBRD and EUR39.1 million from BCR.
The overall investment in this phase of the project for the expansion of CTPark Bucharest West reaches EUR108.9 million and the two new warehouses will cover a total surface area of 70,000 square meters.
The logistics park is located 23 km west of downtown Bucharest and has direct access to highway A1. The total surface area reaches 100 hectares and, after the construction of the two new warehouses has been completed, the total lettable area will reach 244,000 sqm.
The EBRD has invested close to EUR7.5 billion in Romania to date in almost 400 projects.
BCR is the number one bank in Romania by the value of assets (EUR14.8 billion), the number of clients and on the savings and lending segments.
