Dmytro Kuleba discussed with Nicolae Ciucă about what weapons Ukraine needs

"We have shared the same list with all NATO members and EU members. I said that if each country decides to give us at least one good item on the list, we will get what we want. Romania also knows this list. Yes, I raised this issue in front of the prime minister and the minister of Defence and Bogdan (Aurescu - n.r.) and I appreciate their constructive approach in this regard. But it is up to the countries to decide what to do. In some cases we see that countries can supply certain weapons, but they do not because they do not want to have a bad relationship with Russia. (...) This is not the case in Romania. What we do not accept is hypocrisy. This is not the case in Romania. Romania was very sincere, friendly and open", said Dmytro Kuleba, in a joint conference with Bogdan Aurescu.

The Romanian Foreign Affairs minister Bogdan Aurescu said that "things are constantly evolving and I don't think it's good to talk very much publicly about these things".

A journalist insisted and asked again if the Romanian government had decided to offer weapons to Ukraine, but Aurescu refused to offer another answer.

"Weapons, like money, need silence. We do not say what we receive and where we receive it from unless it is a public announcement. I repeat, Romania's policy, starting with February 24, is an intelligent one", Kuleba concluded.
