EU Moves To Reduce Cigarette Ignited Fires By Introducing Self-Extinguishing Cigarettes

All cigarettes sold in Europe as of November 17 will have to be 'Reduced Ignition Propensity' (RIP) cigarettes, as the European Union moves to reduce the number of fatal fires caused by cigarettes left unattended.
