Government: Romania Will Ratify EU Fiscal Treaty This Year

The EU's fiscal stability treaty will apply in its entirety to the signatory member states that are in the euro zone, but Romania, which has not yet adopted the euro, can choose when to ratify the agreement and which parts to enforce, the Government informs.
