The Directorate expressed disapproval on the way the Inspection handled the report and said the document failed to include the objections which the Directorate had issued on the document's temporary version. This Directorate had received a temporary version of the report on September 26 and had an October 2 deadline to issue any objections, so as the Judicial Inspection would draft a final report.
The Judicial Inspection report details the check that its inspectors had performed at the National Anticorruption Directorate and which allegedly exposes faulty management from Chief Prosecutor Laura Codruta Kovesi and Deputy Chief Prosecutors Calin Nistor and Marius Iacob.
