Australian actress Nicole Kidman might promote Romania's tourist attractions in a documentary developed by the Travel Channel, said Paul Lister, the producer of "Wild Carpathia," a film that featured Prince Charles.

For the new documentary, Lister plans to enlist part of the cast of "Cold Mountain," which was shot almost ten years ago in Romania. The film starred Nicole Kidman, Jude Law and Renee Zellweger.
The producer also intends to develop a Facebook game, similar to Farmville, with the theme of conserving Romania's forests.
Carmen Moraru, director of the Promotion Department in Romania's Ministry of Development and Tourism, said the ministry has not funded the production of "Wild Carpathia."
"Having Prince Charles as a promoter of Romania leads us to believe the number of British tourists in our country will increase significantly next year. We met in the London fair with the film's producer and made a plan to use the experience to promote other regions, maybe the Danube Delta, Maramures or Bukovina, and try to present Romania as a museum, an open park where nature is still untouched," Moraru said.
She added that the ministry would contribute to the Travel Channel's future projects for Romania's promotion.
"We will surely provide all our support by lobbying other ministries and institutions and we will also probably contribute financially. We have requested the right to use ["Wild Carpathia"] in our events. We got this right free of charge and we will definitely use it," she said.
Romania has a stand in the World Travel Market fair, taking place in London between November 7 and 10.
