President Warns Delays In Ruling On Referendum Outcome Damage Romania's Credibility Abroad

Romania's suspended president, Traian Basescu, said Friday he is not surprised by the Constitutional Court's postponement of its ruling on the outcome of the referendum, as a result of a "trick" on the part of the Government, even though it damages the country's credibility in the West.
