Romania Central Bank: Housing Banks Help Burst The Mortgage Bubble

Romania’s subsidized housing program, along housing banks have helped deflate the small bubble in the mortgage market, while bringing more stability to the system, central bank governor Mugur Isarescu said Thursday.
