Romania Increases Aid For War Veterans To RON200

The Romanian Government on Thursday decided to increase from 150 lei (EUR35) to 200 lei (EUR46.5) the annual financial aid to war veterans, war widows and civilians injured during war.

The Government said in a press release the number of aid beneficiaries reaches 46,365 and RON9.2 million will be allotted from the state budget to pay the money. (EUR1=RON4.3011)
