Romania Puts Off ACTA Ratification Until ECJ Ruling

Romania will postpone the ratification of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) until the European Court of Justice decides on this matter, Government spokesman Dan Suciu said Thursday.
