Romania’s Antitrust Body To Notify Consumer Protection Body Of Car Dealers’ Abusive Practices

Romania’s Competition Council will notify the Consumer Protection Authority regarding abusive practices by car dealers who are forcing clients to have their cars mended only at their repair shops or suggesting they will lose car warranties if they resort to repair shops outside carmakers’ networks.
