Romania’s Power Outages Are Caused By Obsolete Power Lines, Upgrades Needed

The recent blackouts in Romania call attention to the fact that they are caused by faulty infrastructure, with two thirds of the power grid in an advanced state of usage and 30% of installations dating back to the ‘60s, devoid of required investment before and after privatizations.
