Romania Scrapped Over 31,000 Used Cars Within Cash-For-Clunkers Program Since April

Over 31,000 used cars were scrapped through Romania’s government-backed cash-for-clunkers program between April 3 and August 21, the Environment Ministry said Wednesday.
