Romania To Grant Guarantees, Subsidies For Balcony Repair Projects

Romania will provide government guarantees and will subsidize the interest of loans taken to repair or close balconies, as long as the interested homeowners' association is not more than two months overdue on utility bills.

The Government on Wednesday approved an amendment to the norms for the application of Emergency Ordinance 69/2010 on building thermal rehabilitation.

The amendment extends the categories of rehabilitation projects eligible for loans with government guarantees and subsidized interest.
