Romania To Introduce Single Online Tax Forms As Of 2011

Romania will introduce single tax forms to include income statements and social security contribution statements starting next year, Prime Minister Emil Boc’s adviser Dan Lazar said Thursday.

Lazar said tax forms will be submitted online, and highlighted the measure will help taxpayers pay their dues faster.

The country's fiscal authority ANAF said in October that companies will have to submit fiscal statements only online starting November 25, through the National Electronic System (SEN).
