Romania To Reduce Business Startup Period To Three Days Next Week

Launching a business in Romania will take no more than three days, starting next week, and the legislation needed to implement the procedure is ready, Prime Minister Emil Boc announced Monday.

Boc said fiscal regulator ANAF has prepared the decisions regarding the simplified procedure, and asked the Trade Registry Office to do the same so that the new mechanism can take effect on February 6.
