Romania Transelectrica Sets Public Offering Price Range

Romanian state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) has set its secondary public offering price band at 14.9 – 19.2 lei (EUR3.41-EUR4.4) a share, the company said Tuesday.
