The case will be heard by the court of Bucharest sector 1.

According to the indictment, between March and April 2011, the defendants forced Sebastian Ghita to pay them EUR150,000 or accept the denouncement of a contract.

The defendants threatened to kill Ghita and his family, as well as compromise his public image.
