Romanian Cos That Pay Debts To State By Yearend To Be Cleared Of Penalties

Romania's Government on Wednesday approved new fiscal regulations, whereby companies that pay their debts to the state by December 31 will not be liable for any overdue penalties, or will have their penalties reduced to 50% if they pay in the first quarter of 2012.
