Romanian Cos To Pay Social Contributions For Employees Earning Salaries, Copyright Income

Romanian companies will pay social security contributions for their freelance staff, if these employees also have a work contract with the same company, as well as for freelance activities carried out under an exclusivity cause, says a draft ordinance amending the Fiscal Code.
