Romanian Ctrl Bank Head Says Lower Taxes May Block Public Investments

Lowering taxes or social security contributions seems like a simple enough solution to unburden the business environment, but the measure would be short-lived and would only limit the government’s ability to complete existing investments, central bank governor Mugur Isarescu said Tuesday.
