Romanian Ctrl Bk To Buy 50 Off-Road Vehicles

Romania’s central bank (BNR) wants to buy 50 off-road vehicles for an estimated EUR1.2 million, VAT excluded.

The purchase will be made through operating leasing and contract attribution procedures are set to start on April 16, 2010, according to the bank.

The transaction does not fall under the rules of public procurement contracts and it will not be financed with community funds. The leasing period will be 48 months.
