Romanian Employers Propose Measure Allowing For Rise Of Low Wages
The Alliance of Employers’ Confederations in Romania (ACPR) proposed the adoption of measures allowing employers to grant incentives exempt from income tax to employees earning wages of 700 lei (about EUR162) to RON1,000.

Employers will pay social security contributions for the incentives granted to their employees, ACPR proposed.
This measure will allow for wages ranging between RON700 and RON 1,000 to be hiked by RON100 to RON300, the alliance said in a press release Sunday.
