"Even if the price doesn't reach EUR33 per MWh, according to ANRE calculations the price of energy will rise by 25%-30% (following the enactment of renewable energy legislation)," the official said.
The legislation aimed at supporting the production of electricity from renewable sources will not be complete earlier than April-May 2011, since European Commission procedures are highly bureaucratic, according to the ANRE representative.
