Romanian Excise Duties To Be Computed Against RON4.3 To The Euro In 2012

Romania's excise duties will be computed, next year, using an exchange rate of 4.3001 lei to an euro, as published Monday by the European Central Bank (ECB), a rate 0.8% higher than the one used this year – 4.2655 lei to an euro.
