The board will be made up of seven administrators, including one specialist from the Ministry of Public Finance, and will be elected for four-year terms by the general assembly of shareholders.
The board currently includes subway operator Metrorex director Gheorghe Udristea, Romanian Road Authority director Iancu Craciunoiu, Transport Ministry Investment Department head Dana Galben and other ministry employees.
Last week, Transport Minister Anca Boagiu dismissed Dorina Tiron from the position of general manager of CNADNR, citing management problems and problems regarding the company's relationship with road constructors and consultancy firms.
