Romanian Hidroelectrica To Terminate All Deals Concluded Outside OPCOM Market

Romania's Government will give notice of cancellation by year-end to all companies that signed bilateral deals with state-run energy producer Hidroelectrica outside the energy market OPCOM, according to the country’s letter of intent to a EUR3.5 billion loan with the International Monetary Fund.
