Romanian National Roads Administration To Receive More Funds From Traffic Fines

Romania's Government has found a new source of financing for infrastructure projects – fines for various violations, such as peddling or dirty car wheels, which will be no longer be transferred to the state budget, but to the national roads and highways company (CNADNR).
