Romanian Opposition To File Simple Motions Targeting Transport, Interior Ministers

Conservative leader Daniel Constantin said opposition lawmakers will submit a simple motion in the Chamber of Deputies targeting Boagiu over low EU fund absorption and the slow pace of infrastructure works.

The opposition will also file a motion in the Senate, targeting Igas, over an increased crime rate and the government's "sabotaging" of a local referendum on the administrative organization of Constanta county, in southeast Romania.
