Romanian PM: Next Budget Revision To Give More To Health, Culture, Investments
Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc said the government will revise the state budget next week at the latest, providing more funds to the ministries of Health, Culture and those running investments in infrastructure.

Boc said the revision will also earmark funds to pay the caretakers of people with special needs.
According to the prime minister, supporting investments is by far "the best policy for Romania now as the European and world economies struggle between stability and instability."
People familiar with the matter recently told MEDIAFAX that the Government is due to release its second budget revision of 2011 at the end of November, with new spending cuts across the board, because budget revenues were below expectations. The Health Ministry will be among the few institutions to receive more funds, needed to pay its arrears.
