The prime minister added that the new bill will be fleshed out in partnership with political players and the civil society.
When asked by the press whether he will resign, should protests against the new healthcare bill continue, Boc replied "the Government's fate must be decided in Parliament" and that stability during a crisis is very important.
The previous healthcare bill, put forward for public debate in late December, was withdrawn on the request of President Traian Basescu, after popular demonstrations against it.
