Romanian President, NATO Sec Gen To Discuss Missile Shield, Smart Defense, Afghanistan

Romanian President Traian Basescu will meet Monday with NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen to discuss the U.S. antimissile shield Romania is hosting, the "smart defense" concept and the presence of Romanian troops in Afghanistan, Basescu told a news conference Sunday.
