Romanian President Urges Adoption Of Healthcare Law

Romanian president Traian Basescu said Thursday he hopes the country’s healthcare law is adopted as soon as possible, either by Parliament or through a confidence vote, saying the medical system is currently rigid, dysfunctional and hospitals are state companies.
