Romanian SMEs Facing Enforced Execution May Access Loans Guaranteed By State As Of July 1

Romanian small and medium companies facing enforced debt payment proceedings will have access, as of July 1, to loans with government guarantees and counter-guarantees, as long as their destination will be the payment of fiscal debts, or working capital also used to pay such debts.
