Shareholders Approve Creation Of Romanian Power Company CE Oltenia

The shareholders of Romanian energy complexes Craiova, Rovinari and Turceni on Monday approved their merger into Complexul Energetic Oltenia, according to a report sent Thursday to Fondul Proprietatea, minority shareholder in all three companies.
