Six new deaths in persons confirmed with COVID-19. The death toll reaches 157
The Strategic Communication Group has announced on Monday morning that six new deaths have been registered in Romania in people confirmed with the new coronavirus. The death toll reaches 157.

According to the GCS, a 66-year-old man died in Constanţa county on Sunday, which was confirmed with the new coronavirus on March 27.
Another death was registered to a 72-year-old woman from Satu Mare county, admitted to the Satu Mare county Hospital on March 29th. It was confirmed with COVID-19 on March 31 and died on Sunday. According to GCS, the woman had a history of stroke.
Also, on Sunday, a 71-year-old man from Hunedoara county died, who was admitted on March 30 to Hunedoara Municipal Hospital, and from April 1 he was transferred to the ATI section. He also suffered from diabetes, COPD and HTA and was confirmed with the new coronavirus on April 1.
A 66-year-old woman from Cluj county admitted to Turda Municipal Hospital died on Sunday. According to GCS, she had contact with a confirmed case, and the symptoms started on Sunday, when she was admitted.
Another death was recorded in a 70-year-old man from Bihor county, admitted to the pneumology section of the City Hospital of Aleşd on March 26 and transferred to ATI at the Oradea Municipal Emergency Hospital on March 27. He was confirmed with COVID-19 on March 28 and died Sunday.
The total number of deaths registered in Romania in patients with COVID-19 reached 156.
