U.S. Media Group CME Gets Credit Line To Repay Loans, Restructure Capital

U.S. media group Central European Media Enterprises (CME), which owns Pro TV in Romania, reached an agreement with its main shareholders, media corporation Time Warner and businessman Ronald Lauder, for a credit line worth $300 million to redeem loans and restructure its capital.
