UPC Romania Acquitted Of Antitrust Fine In Timisoara, Still Has To Pay EUR5M For Bucharest

TV and communications provider UPC Romania has been exonerated from paying a EUR2.1 million fine ordered by the Competition Council in 2006 for antitrust practices in Timisoara, but still has to pay a fine of EUR5 million for similar practices in Bucharest, sources in the industry said.
