Visa: Only 2.2% Of Romanian-Issued Cards Are Protected Against Internet Fraud

Internet card payments are secure and easy, but only 2.2% of the cards issued in Romania have been activated for the fraud protection system, said Catalin Cretu, Visa Europe general manager for Romania.
