Camelia Pătraşcu promoted to Partner with Popovici Niţu Stoica & Asociaţii

Popovici Niţu Stoica & Asociaţii is pleased to announce the promotion of Camelia Pătraşcu to Partner, effective as of 1 January 2024.

Camelia Pătraşcu became Partner in the Litigation Practice Group, bringing to the Firm her extensive experience and profound legal knowledge in dispute resolution.

Camelia has been involved in complex judicial proceedings, with a special focus on real estate construction and infrastructure litigation. She also advises and represents clients on a range of contentious public procurement, FDI and competition matters.
