Clients of Romanian telecom operator Romtelecom will use the Google platform as of September of their ClickNet e-mail accounts, following a partnership between the US giant and the Romanian operator.

Romtelecom clients using the operator’s Clicknet e-mail service will benefit from all the advantages of the Google Apps platform, such as storage space of over 7,000 MB, attachments of up to 20 Mb, easy mobile access, Romanian language intuitive interface and globally acknowledged spam filters, Romtelecom said in a press release Monday.

Clicknet e-mail users will also have access to other Google applications, such as integrated instant messaging, calendar with free text message notifications and online applications including word processing, presentations and tables.
