Bucharest Old Apt Prices Dn 9% On Mo To EUR1,540/Sqm – Colliers

Bucharest old apartment prices dropped in August as much as 9% to EUR1,540/square meter on the month, driven by lower interest from buyers, Colliers International said in its apartment price index Tuesday.

The lowest decrease, of 1% was reported in Bucharest’s sixth and seventh districts, to EUR1,514/square meter and EUR1,929/square meter, respectively, Colliers said.

It said old apartment prices index in Bucharest (BREI) dropped 42 units to EUR1,802/square meter on the month.

New apartment prices, however, remained steady at EUR1,909/square meter for the fourth month in a row.
