Stolojan recommended caution in public spending to avoid facing a local financial crisis, stressing the country must stop wasting so much money uselessly, especially hwne it comes to state instittions.
"The country has a pile of government-run agencies and institutions whose employees earn incredibly high salaries. These employees get bonuses just for waking up in the morning, getting to work and even for breathing, therefore, a lot of money is being wasted," Stolojan said.
He also pointed out that the government is incapable to take any concrete measures in this respect, as it does not have a majority in Parliament to support it and also lacks credibility.
