Due to protests organized by farmers in the northern part of Greece and in Thessalia, the frontier point Prohamonas and some highways in the area are blocked since midday, the ministry said in a statement.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry reiterated the recommendation for Romanian citizens to get informed before leaving the country about the trip conditions, the legislation and the contact data of the Romanian diplomatic missions in the countries they visit.
