Agency manager, Daniel Don, said Friday he talked to company officials who said they plan to hire two thousand English-speaking Romanians to work in the United Arab Emirates as flight attendants.
"I talked to company officials and they said they plan to hire two thousand people. They will return to Cluj mid-February for a final round of talks, and in March or April, we might organize a fair for the job openings they offer,” said Don.
Don stressed the company offers a monthly wage of $2,500, plus additional facilities, adding that, beside English, potential candidates must also have waiter training.
According to Don, company officials also plan to set up a consultancy firm in Romania, either in capital city Bucharest or in Cluj, in an attempt to ease Romanians’ departure to the Arab Emirates for jobs in the airline sector.
